My 6 year old son has been going here for about 5 months now. Each week has a routine of learning, practicing, and using on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Each class starts off with exercises and stretches. New techniques are taught after stretches and then the kids are split into pairs. The coaches spend time with each child to ensure they all have the opportunity to reach their potential. They are amazing at making sure everyone, even those needing extra help, have a chance to learn. It's a great physical activity and a great skill to have.
